LawAsia
LawAsia is an organisation of lawyers, academics and judges who have an interest in the legal issues throughout the Asia Pacific. With membership including lawyers from New Zealand, Australia, Fiji, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand and other countires, there is a huge opportunity to develop valuable relationships and share knowledge of legal issues pertaining to human rights and the rule of law.
The Trust has funded membership to LawAsia of the first Cambodian lawyers to join LawAsia. The Trust also raised funds to enable a contingent of these lawyers to attend the LawAsia conference in Vietnam in November 2009. |
